Jesus the cornerstone

The stone which the builders rejected Has become the chief cornerstone.

Psalm 118:22

Jesus is the cornerstone, men have rejected him, but by giving his life to the cross for us, he has conquered this separation between God and us, and God has sovereignly raised him.
Jesus has become the cornerstone.

Jesus is the foundation of the church, let us rest on him, his strength, his power, he has accomplished everything on the cross, nothing can separate us from his love.

For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Romans 8:38

Jesus is our daily help, we can trust him, entrust him with our lives, he takes care of us, lean on his word, the Bible which is our daily food.

Coming to Him as to a living stone, rejected indeed by men, but chosen by God and precious, you also, as living stones, are being built up a spiritual house, a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ. Therefore it is also contained in the Scripture, Behold, I lay in Zion a chief cornerstone, elect, precious,
and he who believes on Him will by no means be put to shame.
Therefore, to you who believe, He is precious; but to those who are disobedient, The stone which the builders rejected Has become the chief cornerstone, and a stone of stumbling and a rock of offense.

1 Peter 2:4-8

Let us accept Jesus in our hearts, let us make him the rock of our life, the foundation of our being and our existence.

Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock: and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it did not fall, for it was founded on the rock.
But everyone who hears these sayings of Mine, and does not do them, will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand: and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it fell. And great was its fall.

Matthew 7:24-27

Let us listen to Jesus words of love, his message of love and life for each one of us and make Jesus the foundation of our life and build our lives with Him.
